Adaptall 1

Adaptall commenced its journey in the spring of 1985, fueled by the belief in the potential market for a distinct threaded connector designed for the hydraulic hose and fitting sector. The early days involved the acquisition of Canadian mailing lists, the creation of a concise two-page brochure, and a relentless effort by three partners who diligently assembled and dispatched envelopes, often working late into the night to kickstart the company’s inaugural marketing campaign. The initial inventory was a modest, speculative assortment, based on educated guesses about potential demand.

The response from Canadian hose and fitting distributors exceeded expectations, leading to a positive trajectory. Four years later, Adaptall embarked on an ambitious endeavor to broaden its reach by venturing into the U.S. market. This strategic move involved publication and advertising initiatives aimed at attracting a larger target audience south of the border. To Adaptall’s astonishment, the company achieved record-breaking success in terms of leads generated through an industrial publication during a two-year span.

Adaptall specializes in the transformation of hydraulic adapters and fittings, facilitating seamless conversions between International (“Metric”) and American (“Imperial”) thread types. This encompasses a diverse range of thread standards, including British (BSPP and BSPT), JIS, Kobelco, Komatsu, and Metric on the International side, as well as JIC, NPT, ORFS, and SAE ORB for Imperial thread types.

Our distinguishing features include an extensive inventory with rapid same-day delivery capabilities, the capacity to produce top-quality fittings within our cutting-edge manufacturing facility, and an unwavering commitment to delivering industry-leading technical support.

With facilities strategically located in Twinsburg, Ohio; Houston, Texas; Mississauga, Ontario (Canada); and a ‘Buy America’ compliant manufacturing center in Pickering, Ontario, we efficiently serve a wide spectrum of industries. Our clientele spans construction, mining, aggregates, pulp and paper, agriculture, manufacturing, industrial, marine, military, OEM, and various others, reflecting our commitment to versatility and excellence.
