Clippard

Clippard Instrument Laboratory was founded in 1941 to produce electrical test equipment, magnetic windings and radio frequency coils. William L. Clippard, Jr. developed the first miniature fluid power devices in order to manufacture this test equipment. Over the next ten years, the need for miniature pneumatic components grew and Clippard introduced the Minimatic product line. To this day, Minimatic products continue to be Clippard's primary offering.

Clippard continued to develop miniature components such as their compact cylinders, proportional control valves, and panel mount actuators. Clippard's brass barbed fittings support thread sizes down to #3-56 UNF while their Push-Quick tube fittings start at thread size #10-32 UNF. If miniature pneumatic control is your field, Clippard is the ideal partner for you.
