For over 100 years, the H. Meinecke Company has been manufacturing mechanical turbine meters for water applications. Meinecke meters are now widely used in power, municipal, agricultural and commercial applications where monitoring and totalizing of hot and cold water usage is critical.
MeiSteam turbine flow meters are available in sizes ranging from 1-1/2" (40mm) to 12" (300mm) with an ANSI 150 lb. RF flange process connections. MeiStream turbines are designed for use with optical pulsers.
With its high degree of accuracy and the versatility of its accessories, Meinecke Flanged Turbine Water Meters are ideally suited for automatic batching, local or remote totalization or remote rate of flow indication

Meinecke MeiStream - Cold Water Turbine Flow Meters
Meinecke's MeiStream turbine flow meters are made for bulk measurement of cold water up to 122°F/50°C. An enamel powder coating provides maximum corrosion protection for MeiStream flow meters, which are ideal for use in industries like power generation, waste water processing, concrete processing, pharmaceutical, pulp & paper, chemical, and public utilities & agriculture.
Available in 1-1/2", 2", 3", 4", 6", 8", 10" and 12" in line sizes.
OPTO Type 01 – 02 High Frequency Pulsed Output
The OPTO-01 is a 2-wire current switching device for use with WPD cold water meters; The OPTO-02 is for use with hot water meters. This type of pulser is normally used for conversion to analog signals, (4-20mA) or as inputs to high definition dosing/batching units. Light pulses are transmitted by an IR light diode onto a reflector wheel. The reflections are picked up by two detectors in the sensor head and processed electronically. The micro-electronics are located in a capsule within the cable.
FM-1/DK – Frequency to Current Converter
The FM-1D/K is a remote mount "Frequency to Current Converter" which converts the pulsed output from a WP/Dynamic Series meter equipped with an Opto-style pulser into an analog 4-20mA signal, as well as a remote mount display of flow rate and total.
