ShopCross Product Return or Warranty Request Form
After you have read our General Product Return Policy and/or our Calibration Gas Warranty Policy, please complete this request form. Our Customer Service Team will normally respond back to your request within 2 Business Days.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resale condition.
- If a Draeger Tube Pack seal is broken, we are unable to accept this part for return and no credit will be issued. Broken security seal renders the Draeger Tube Pack as not returnable.
- After we inspect the returned part(s) and determine it’s in new and resalable condition, we will issue a credit, less restocking fee.
- The returns process can take from 5-10 business days to complete.
All returned products must be conspicuously labeled with the assigned RMA number and accompanied with a copy of the sales order or invoice & our completed RMA Form. A decontamination statement (where applicable) must be completed, signed and attached to the outside of the packing in order to be accepted by our shipping/receiving department.
